Brake Discs

Goal: Industrialization of BD coating for Euro 7, Low Emissions

Material (powder): 430L, 5.5kg/h; 430L+TiC/FeCr, 8kg/h.

Part material: Gray cast iron

Process: Industrialization of EHLA process. Layers thickness between 100 - 300 microns, without HAZ,. Done with proprietary know how and programmed with proprietary Azala software.

Process speed 90-270m/min.

Forged Die

Goal: Reparation for improving cycle time between 5%-15%.

Material (powder): AISI316L, 1.2kg/h

Part material: F114

Process: Strategy done with 3 axis machine (no need 3+2axis or 5 axis). Automated the repair process of complex surfaces done with proprietary know how: process (without close loop control), nozzle and Azala software.

DED Process speed 1m/min.

Turbine Blade

Goal: Erosion and corrosion protection.

Material (powder): Stellite 6, 0.3kg/h

Part material: 17-4PH

Process: Leading edge coating of three layers. Each layer 300microns height. DED Process speed 0.5m/min. Done with proprietary know how and programmed with proprietary Azala software.

Wind power main shaft

Goal: Reparation of turbine shafts, validated with ISO 15614-7

Material (powder): Inconel 625, 1.5kg/h

Part material: F125

Process: validated process with ISO 15614-7: achieved hardness in the Heat Affected Zone <380HV in the surface of the part material.

Done with proprietary know how: process (without close loop control), nozzle and Azala software. 12h non stop process.

Rolling Mill Roll

Goal: Reparation of rolling shafts

Material (powder): AISI 420S, 1.5kg/h

Part material: F127

Process: Reparation of some zones of the shafts. DED layer thickness can be between 500-1400microns and DED process speed can be 1-3m/min.

Railways Axle

Rotor Shaft

Goal: Reparation of shafts from different sectors
